General Bookkeeping - Weekly or Monthly on-site support

General Bookkeeping

Love profits, hate accounts?

We have several ways in which we can help you.

We can come to your office on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis, or whenever you need us. We will ensure sales and purchase invoices are input onto your accounting software and generate reports which will tell you where you are financially. Put simply, this means who do you owe, and most importantly, who owes you.

We can act as your Debt Collector if someone has taken longer to pay than stated in your terms of business. Sometimes it is hard for you to chase outstanding payments as you can feel too close to your Customers or Clients. We can help you get paid, by contacting them in a non-confrontational way.

RIP businessIt is important that business owners know where they are, as cashflow really is vital.

It is the blood that runs through the veins of your business products and services and without this, your business would die.

We can provide training tailored to your needs, especially if you are changing your accounting software,  and need to feel comfortable when you use it. We believe in holding meetings on a quarterly basis, to see where your business is heading. This is usually before your VAT is due if you are a VAT registered business. We still recommend we meet on the same basis if you are not VAT registered.
